X116 Small Signal Tester

X116 tester mainly consists of five parts, which are switch module, power module, digital module, RF module and communication module. These five components complement each other to form a comprehensive testing capability that can respond to the various test subjects and test requirements of RFFEM. X116 tester whose interface types including TTL communication, GPIB communication and network port communication can support the vast majority of mainstream handlers.
